Place the desired item in your shopping cart.

1. Go to the article of your choice, enter the number of articles, and click ‘add to cart’.
2. After you have placed all desired items in the shopping cart, please check if the items and quantities in the shopping cart are correct.
3. If everything is correct, you can proceed to the next page by clicking ‘Complete Order’.

Provide personal information

To process your order, we kindly request you to fill in some personal details. If your delivery address is different from your billing address, you may choose to provide a different delivery address.

Account

By checking the box “Create an account for your next visit,” you can create an account with us. With an account, you can speed up the checkout process, save multiple shipping addresses, view and track orders, and more. Of course, you can also choose not to create an account and simply order as a guest. In that case, do not check the “Create an account for your next visit” box.

Shipping method

At this step you can choose from 2 options:

1. Delivered by DHL;
2. Your order will then be delivered to your home by DHL. You can decide for yourself when you want to receive the order, whether you want to pick up the order at a pick-up point near you, and much more. For more information, click here.
3. Pickup in Heiloo;
   You can then pick up your order yourself at our warehouse. This way, you will save any shipping costs.

Choose payment method

Next, choose your preferred payment method: iDeal, pay later, credit card, prepayment, PayPal, or invoice. Please note: If you pay via prepayment, the delivery time may be slightly longer as we will only ship your order once we have received the full payment amount in our account. If you wish to pay later or order on account for business purposes, we will require some additional information from you.

Complete order

Once you have completed all fields, click the ‘Confirm Order’ button and you will receive an order confirmation via email.
