What is the right of withdrawal?

At Ronada.eu, consumers have the right to revoke their order within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason. This is also known as the statutory reflection period. During this period, you can assess whether the product meets your expectations.

Return conditions

You may inspect and review the product as you would in a physical store. For pest control products, it is important that items are returned unused, clean, complete, and safely packaged.

Products that are opened, used, damaged, or incomplete may be diminished in value. In such cases, we may not be able to accept the processing of a return. This applies, for example, when a product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function.

Return product

Begin by downloading and printing our return form and fill in all the requested fields. Pack the product carefully so it cannot be damaged during transport. Always include the return form and a copy of your invoice with the package.

Do not return a product without clear sender or order details. This may cause delays in processing your return.

Refund

When we receive your cancellation, we will refund the purchase price according to legal regulations. We may wait to refund until we have received the products back or until you have shown that you have returned the products.

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon. Any costs associated with returning products will be at your own expense, unless stated or agreed otherwise.

Refund for your return

Once we receive your return shipment, we will inspect the returned products. We will check whether the items comply with our return conditions. If the return shipment is received correctly and completely, we will refund the amount of the returned products to you within 14 days.

When you return one or more products and the total order amount consequently falls below €40, the standard shipping costs will still be charged.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

For some products, the right of withdrawal may be excluded. This applies, for example, to products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene when the seal has been broken after delivery. Products that have been custom-made for you or are clearly personal in nature may also be excluded from withdrawal.

For pest control products, this can be relevant for certain baits, agents, traps, or products whose packaging or seal has been opened. If you are unsure whether your product can be returned, please contact us before returning the product.

Business orders

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers. If you place an order on behalf of a company or for professional use, the right of withdrawal may not apply or may apply only to a limited extent. If in doubt, please contact us so that we can review the options.
